SCHEDULE AN EVENT
If you are making plans to use the Hillside facility to host anything from a small committee meeting to a community-wide event, this is the place to start. First, please read the facilities use policy, then continue below to complete the request form.

Fill form out completely. This information will be used to set up your event in Hillside's facilities reservation system. Incomplete information may delay your reservation approval.

You already have a date in mind, but please select a second and third date choice in the event we cannot accommodate your first choice.

Submit form by e-mail or print and deliver a hard copy to the church office. Either way, be sure to print a copy for your records.

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation from the church office.

Classroom reservations will be confirmed quickly. However, larger events or non-Hillside events may take as long as five business days to be confirmed.
