Schedule an event or use our Facilities

Facilities Use FORM
  • Fill form out completely. This information will be used to set up your event in Hillside's facilities reservation system. Incomplete information may delay your reservation approval.
  • You already have a date in mind, but please select a second and third date choice in the event we cannot accommodate your first choice.
  • Submit form by e-mail or print and deliver a hard copy to the church office. Either way, be sure to print a copy for your records.
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation from the church office.
  • Classroom reservations will be confirmed quickly. However, larger events or non-Hillside events may take as long as two weeks to be confirmed.
