Hello and welcome to Hillside United Methodist Men's Ministry web pages. This ministry has witnessed the power of God transform the lives of men before our very eyes. Through the example of Jesus Christ, we work hard every day to become men of integrity and values. Our purpose is simple: to live in God’s word, grow in faith, bond in brotherhood, and make disciples of Jesus Christ.
We offer a number of ways to become involved in Men's Ministry here at Hillside. Information about our upcoming events can be found on the online Bulletin Board, in the Sunday bulletin, in our Men's Ministry e-mail, and in the Hillside E-Newsletter.
Men of Action
Our Men of Action team organizes fellowship events such as monthly breakfasts, dinners, retreats, golf outings, and conference attendance. Each of these events provide opportunities for men to hear or be reminded that they are truly forgiven and can live changed lives through Christ our Savior.
Men of Growth
Men's Ministry offers a variety of ways for men to grow in their spiritual walk. These opportunities include small group studies, accountability groups, and mentoring programs. Through prayer, study, relationships with one another, and service men grow into a deeper relationship with Christ.
Men of Mission
Men of Mission are men on a MISSION. Through service in our community our goal is to ignite Christ centered community. Opportunities to serve include being part of the Emergency Response Team, working through Hillside Missions to help at the MUST Homeless Shelter, assist with needs at the Cherokee Family Violence Center, and more.
It is our prayer that you would make Jesus Christ the priority in your life and work to become closer to him through Hillside United Methodist Church and the Men's Ministry.
