Mother's Day Out
Our Mother’s Day Out program is committed to providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for children. To encourage sharing, kindness, honesty, and Grace to others through social, emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual growth and development, and to teach children to know the heart of God, to grow in the Grace of God and to show the love of God to others.
Mother’s Day Out is open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. We follow the Cherokee County School Calendar with a few exceptions: we will be open during Fall break (September 18 – 22), January 5th and 7th, and Winter break (February 19 – 23).
We accept children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We have 3 – 4 rooms set up (all age dependent) with 2 teachers in each. All of our teachers are CPR and First Aid Certified and Hillside adheres to GA State Ratio laws and Safe Sanctuaries.
We are a drop in service so it’s first come first serve on each day that we are open. You can sign up for the entire month in advance, that way you know you are on the list, or you can call/email the night before to see if there is room.
