Volunteer Information
We have
many opportunities for volunteers to share the love
of Christ and grow their faith within the Children's
Ministry Department. Volunteers serve as
teachers and helpers in
Sunday School, Children's Church, Children's Choirs,
Sunday and Wednesday evening programs, and Rising
Tide. All of our programs provide curriculum
that helps volunteers sow seeds of faith in the
children of God. In
addition to ongoing programs, volunteers are needed for special
events including Gingerbread house construction, Vacation Bible School, data entry,
and Prayer Path.
In order
to volunteer in Children's Ministries, candidates
must:
- Complete a
Leader Application,
- Have a record
of attendance in worship for six months,
- Be growing in
their Christian walk by practicing spiritual
disciplines,
- Complete a
background check form

- Meet with a
Children's Ministry program director to discuss
a good match for their individual gifts and
talents.
